A cute (and slightly fat) cat that loves to be lazy. He can’t resist a snack and is willing to trick others out of their food. He declares he has plans to one day rule the neighborhood, but he is waiting for the right time. But in fact, he is too sweet to be bossy. Besides, it requires too much effort to be a leader. So, he is often seen laying around on his comfy blanket, eating snacks while watching TV. But his peace is always disturbed by Twinkle who pulls in him in all sorts of (extra)ordinary adventures.
